Living/dining room: With electric coal-effect fire, DVD player, iPod dock, oak floor and French doors leading to decked patio. Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oak floor. Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request). Bedroom 3: With bunk beds (top bunk 2ft 6in, for child). Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot. Welcome pack. Decked patio with garden furniture. Woodland grounds (shared with other properties). Shared, indoor heated swimming pool (6.1m x 4m, depth 1.2m, open March-mid November) with Jacuzzi, sauna and table tennis. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a borehole. Please note: In the interest of your safety, the swimming pool will be unavailable during July and August.. Neaum Crag is a private, wooded hillside development in the Langdale Valley and is home to deer, badgers and red squirrels, who freely roam amongst the lodges. The open plan living areas are great for making the most of time away with friends and family. From the living room, the French doors open onto private decking, an ideal place to sit and unwind on with a glass of wine. The lodge has a small enclosed garden area for dogs, and benefits from walks direct from the door to Elterwater, Loughrigg Tarn and the fells beyond. It really is an ideal location for walking, mountain biking, touring and watersports. Visit Brockhole, the Lake District Visitor Centre near Windermere, or the Beatrix Potter Exhibition at Bowness. Ambleside, 4 miles, has a cinema and an array of shops and attractions. Hawkshead is also only 4 miles away. Shop 3 miles, pub/restaurant ½ mile. Free WiFi The bunk bed has a 3' bed below and 2'6" bed above, this top bunk is suitable for a child only. There are steps to the entrance. There is a natural water supply.
