The Space:
Beautifully restored and renovated, this delightful three bedroom Queenslander home has floorboards throughout living area and fully carpeted bedrooms for added comfort. The back of the house opens up onto a private back yard with large deck furnished with alfresco dining for six people, has a bar fridge and a barbecue.
There is a large open plan living/kitchen with breakfast bar, extremely large family size fridge complete with icemaker and chilled water dispenser. Electric range with four burner cooktop as well as dishwasher.
There are three very comfortable queen size beds in each bedroom. The two way bathroom comes with a full size bath as well as overhead shower and the property is situated in an ideal location if you need to be close to Brisbane CBD or indeed the Brisbane exhibition and convention centres, being a short ride on the Brisbane River Cat.

Summary: Beautiful Queenslander with pleanty of space and areas outside to enjoy. Quiet lil street at night, between that and the high quality cotton sheets....i didnt want to get outta bed....haha! Kitchen has all the equipment u'd need to make a feast. Close to everything. We'd love to come back.
