> This house is a one-story house, meaning there is no need to climb stairs as everything is located on the ground level. It's fully gated and fenced and you'll be pleased to find that the spaces are very wide, everything is surrounded by trees, the bedrooms overlook to an indoor/private terrace & garden.
High ceilings, antique thick walls made of natural stone make this space feel fresh all the time.
High-velocity Starlink Wifi throughout the house, meaning working from home and video calls won't be an issue.

The Neighborhood:
The house has an amazing centric location. It is in Colonia Mexico/Itzimná, 1 block away from Paseo Montejo where "Glorieta de la Paz" is and close to Centro. The house is super quiet and peaceful.
If you're a coffee lover, right next to the house is a Starbucks,

Getting Around:
The house is in Merida, you can get an uber anywhere from and to the house.
Walking around there is also very nice. You are 1 block from Paseo Montejo and about 30min walk to centro.
To get to Centro by car is around 7 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
During your stay you will receive a visit during the morning from our maintenance team to take care of the garden and the pool. We will let you know in advance the days of their visit. It is not required you stay at the house for this.

HOUSE RULES
OCCUPANCY
• Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 12 pm. Early check-in / late check-out is available at an additional cost.
• Respect the number of guests you booked. In case we find additional guests from the reservation, guests may incur in a penalty fee for your reservation. Additional guests must be informed and approved in advance.
ELECTRICITY
• Guests will be granted 10 Kwatts of electricity consumption per day for their reservation (maximum of two weeks), any excess on top of the daily 10 Kwatts will be charged at the guests expense and for stays longer than two weeks, electricity is at your own expense. This will be charged via money request through the platform or via direct bank transfer; Bank details will be provided.
BEHAVIOR
• Please no parties, events, loud music and no fireworks or bonfires. In the event this has been disrespected, guests may incur in a penalty fee and power may be shut off.
• We have a strict no drug use policy.
• Even if pets are allowed at your booked property, please inform your host in advance that you will be brining pets and how many.
• At check-out, we expect to find the home ordered and tidy as it was upon your arrival - clean dishes, trash in it's place, etc. In case the house is left in an untidy condition or excessively dirty, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee depending on the severity.
• Please no smoking inside the House.
• Do not move, remove or change furniture, pictures, wall hangings or any other home decorations.
• We know that accidents happen, please let us know when they do, so we can fix them as quickly as possible. This means better chances of having your security deposit fully returned.
Starter Kit: Every booking will receive a starter kit of consumables including towels (1 per guest), toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, napkins, trash bags, dishwashing soap, etc. Unlike hotels with daily housekeeping services, we are not able to restock these once they are used.
LONG STAYS
- Long stays are welcomed, we offer better deals and tailored accommodations can be provided (Eg extra AC unit, extra bedrooms, beds).

- Gas and water may run at the guest expense depending on the length of the trip.
