Our stylish & chic 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 19th floor. This particular unit is considered rare and extremely popular because of breathtaking views of the Marina both in the day and at night. In addition, the large floor to ceiling windows throughout the apartment allow an abundance of Natural light to enter each room, providing a bright, airy and peaceful feeling throughout your stay whilst you relax and enjoy.
In April 2023, the apartment was fully refurbished and all the furniture is new.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and white goods you would need to cook a lovely meal at any time of the day. The equipment includes a Bosch cooker and oven, microwave, blender, panini maker, juicer, garlic crushers, mixing bowls, baking trays, coffee machine and much more. You name it, we’ve supplied it.
The apartment comfortably fits 4 people:
Bedroom 1 (The Blue room) - Double bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 (The green room) - 2 x single beds with memory foam mattresses and en-suite bathroom. (upon request can be converted to one double bed).
Both balconies are fully furnished and spacious providing the most incredible views of the Marina. Enjoy a coffee or an evening dinner on there and take it all in!
As part of your stay, we provide you with hotel grade bed linens for that extra bit of comfort. To go the extra mile, we also provide initial toiletries for your stay including: shampoo, soap, conditioner, washing tablets, coffee, tea and water. Should you need restocking, you can contact us at anytime.
Location wise, you are in the best place to be. The malls, beach, bars and restaurants are no longer than a 10 minute walk away and easy to navigate too.
