Stay at “the Loft” one of the few private 2BR 2BA + Loft vacation condos featuring a 2 story Wall of Windows right on the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa golf course just a short ten minute drive from Traverse City.
Features: Main floor Great Room with vaulted ceilings spanning 2 floors, wall of windows with slider door to Private Balcony overlooking the golf course, full Kitchen with full size major appliances, Dining Room, 3 HDTVs, WiFi, main floor full bath next to primary Bedroom with King bed & private doorway to the Balcony. The upper floor of our condo has the 2nd side bedroom with Queen bed, 2nd Full Bath, large closet and Trundle bed in the open Loft.
What is included?
Included: Bedding & Linen, Bath Towels and Hand Towels for up to 6 guests. Full kitchen stocked with basic cookware, dishes, cups, flatware, glassware, microwave, coffee maker & toaster. Basic “starter supplies” on hand typically include bar soap, pump hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, facial & bathroom tissue and paper towels. Custom wall-mount HDTV in great room, HDTV’s in each bedroom, Cable TV digital channels and high-speed WiFi all included. Full Kitchen with Major Kitchen Appliances. Free private parking and covered parking on site. The condo is up the building's interior stairway one and a half floors from the entry door of the building.

For sun, sand and swimming check out the newly opened Bayside Public Park & Beach. The beach, with free public access, is located right on Grand Traverse Bay just down the street from the condo less than a one minute drive. Here you will find nice swimming beach area, picnic areas with grills, swings, volleyball net, hiking trails and free parking.
