This 3 story townhome features covered parking on the first level. Convenient, covered, private, and secure. There is NO parking fees, no gates, No parking garages and no hassles.. Just pull right up, and unload at your front door in your reserved parking spaces under the townhome. The covered area makes moving in and out a breeze in whatever weather awaits. This is SUCH a convenience.
On the first floor of living area you will find a Large, living area with balcony overlooking the gulf, dining area, and well stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, updated cabinetry, and granite countertops. There are 2 pull out sofas in the spacious living room. There is also a half bath and laundry room on this level.
The top floor features 2 King bed masters, The gulf front balcony has a view of the Gulf, and the other master balcony overlooks the pool. Both Masters have updated ensuite baths. Sleeping for up to 8 guests total.
