Welcome to this upbeat, multi-unit building touched with colorful Mexican tile exterior details. Built almost like adjoined row homes, this neighborly rectangular building is spanned across its front by a long, shared covered porch with benches where you can sit and admire the spectacular view of the Rocky Mountains so nearby. Your home-away-from-home is a corner unit, easily accessible from the building’s dedicated parking lot.
Step inside and be greeted by a space that’s clean and contemporary, but with little touches that hint at Colorado’s rugged character, like ceiling beams and textured walls. In the open concept common area, you’ll first be greeted by a cozy living area – one you’ll be happy to see after a strenuous day of hiking or skiing. Two plump leather sofas with built-in recliners and cup holders each seat two people and are clustered around a coffee table, in view of a wall-mounted TV. Put your feet up and chill!
Just beyond the seating area you’ll notice a large counter-height island with a built in stove top. This area is perfect for assembling your take-out Chinese food buffet or DIY sandwich fixings, and it’s easy to reach from the sofa area. (So go ahead – grab seconds before the next action scene.) Just behind the island, there’s a nook containing a refrigerator and microwave. Additional counter space in the corner includes a sink, a coffee maker, dishware, glassware, and coffee cups. There’s also plenty of storage under the sink and island.
At the back of the room, you’ll find the entrance to a full-size bath with pleasant modern finishes, including a generous sized sink vanity with storage below and a shower.
Just off of the living area, a bedroom with distinctly calming décor provides a serene space for sleep. It includes a queen-size bed and a private full bath with a shower.
A second bedroom close to the kitchenette also provides a queen bed amid soothing décor.
If you’re visiting during the summer, you’ll appreciate the in-wall air conditioning unit and ceiling fan.

It’s a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks canopied by mature trees, and you’re never far from award-winning dining, great coffee, and shopping.
If you’re the type that loves to stroll towns and cities, you’ll also want to check out Downtown Colorado Springs, rich in restaurants, breweries, lounges, shops, theaters, art galleries and more – just 7 minutes by car. For a wholly different vibe, check out Manitou Springs, a tiny, artsy town 3 minutes away.
Of course, most people come for the natural scenery and outdoor adventures in and around the Rocky Mountains, which are second to none. Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
-The bathroom only offers the shower. The bathtub convertor is disabled.
-This is shared with a multi unit property with other vacation rentals and small businesses.
-Parking is limited to one spot per unit. There is limited overflow parking in the back so we don't recommend more than 2 vehicles per unit.
-There is a Mini Split unit controlled by remote to adjust the thermostat or level of heating and air inside the unit.
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!
-Additional fees for dogs

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited
Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:
- NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.
- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early.
🐶Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they may be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.
