Alexinia's House is an extraordinary luxurious villa, that can host 8 persons and is located in an unbelievable location on a top of a hill with incredible unobstructed views of the whole area, the mountains and the sea, and just 8km from many famous and fully organized sandy beaches of Chania city.
The original building was built in 1900 and is just fully renovated. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 en-suite modern bathrooms, and one more shared one. There is a large open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen and a big living area surrounded by extra big balconies, terraces, and garden yards. There is a large 48 sq.m. private swimming pool with a waterfall effect and unlimited views of the area.
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living rooms are fully equipped with all modern appliances, and satellite TVs and are fully furnished with sofas, and dining tables and are sophisticatedly decorated.
The is a BBQ, a wood oven, and various outdoor furniture for relaxing and dining outdoors and the owner offers many absolutely free extras, such as a welcome pack, slippers, bathrobes, swimming towels, cleaning every other day, and also free grocery delivery from the local supermarket. There is also an option for massage and cosmetic treatments on request (charged extra).
The area is absolutely calm and quiet offering both privacy and real serenity.
