27 Moonshell is a Lowcountry inspired home with modern flair! The bathrooms floors and fixtures are brand new and lean into the Lowcountry feel. Oyster shells and turtle references will sure delight! The home is split between three bedrooms, a living room, office, and kitchen. The primary bedroom has a King bed and brand new bathroom! The first guest bedroom also has a King bed while the third bedroom has two twins. These two rooms share the full hall bathroom. This bathroom is also brand new! You will find this home has plenty of room for 6 people and an extra day bed with trundle to fit 2 more to bring the occupancy to 8. The day bed and trouble are in the office that merges with the living room.
The exterior of this home is a rare space on Hilton Head! The lot seemingly doubles toward the back. The large pool and excess of outdoor space will give those who came to enjoy the coastal weather the perfect place to relax. The pool is surrounded by plenty of sun bathing space and has a wet bar space so you do not have to go inside! The grass to the left of the yard is the perfect place for the kids and kid-at-heart to kick a soccer ball. There is shaded space too! Upstairs, there is a deck off the primary bedroom, and there is shelter under the deck as well, bordering the pool.
Moonshell is in the Folly Field neighborhood, frequently seen as a quite alternative to other places on the Island, so please be respectful of the neighbors! Keeping this in mind, the beach will be also much less crowded! The sand is only a 2 minute walk from the front door. Under the home, there is an outside shower. A great spot to stop on the way into the pool after a day on the beach!
