You will have access to a international community of over 100 students, expats, and diplomats, with free entry to events like barbecue evenings, beer evenings, poker evenings, and international parties. The shared living space is unique, with the CEO living in one of the flats and joining in on events.
The area has excellent connections to public transport, with the tram (1, 6, 18) just 1 minute away on foot, the metro station (U1) a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away, and Matzleinsdorfer Square with some city trains just a 10-minute walk away. The city center and other universities are also easily accessible.
The shared flat, located on the 4th and 5th floors, has an elevator and two floors, with all rooms separately accessible. The kitchen, three bathrooms, and two toilets are all for common use and separately accessible. The shared area is cleaned by staff every two weeks, and you can request cleaning services for your room for a small extra charge.
