Spacious Oasis is located less than ten minutes away from the Waterline Marina and Beach Club, the Holmes Beach shopping area with great restaurants, bar, and stores to purchase your holiday trinkets.

Guests are sure to take full advantage of all the outdoor, Florida lifestyle features! The conveniently located covered porch area with an outdoor kitchen. Keep your beverages cold on those hot Florida days with the outdoor refrigerator, located in the private bar area off the patio. Just steps off the patio there is a private heated pool for you and your guests to enjoy! A wonderful private swimming pool, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower make this a fabulous backyard. The gas grill is located here as well for a great BBQ night. The free standing hot tub is not for guest use...owner use only.
The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
Ample parking is available with the attached two car garage and off-street parking close to the home.
Don't forget to bring your furry family member. Spacious Oasis is dog friendly. There is a non-refundable fee of $150.00 per pet and dogs up to 50 lbs. are welcome. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
