There are reminders throughout of the hard work and loyalty this family have to each other and the comfort they have found in the many gathering spaces in the home. Looking for a family resort-like stay, bring the family bikes, and hop on the B&A Trail just block from the home, and head less than a mile into the quaint Severna Park town to Big Bean Coffee, Froyo House and Squisito Pizza!
Enjoy the 3 outdoor spaces, 2 of which have fire pits; a large 4-seasons room, perfect for enjoying a Maryland Crab Feast! On the main floor, spread out to watch the flatscreen TV in the large family room with a wood-burning fireplace, or enjoy the owners impressive collection of books in the living room. The 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs, plus the kids bunk space and hangout space in the basement, makes the house perfect for families looking for plenty of room to spread out and relax. If work or schoolwork need to get done while away, there are 2 desk spaces in the home as well.
There is room for 4 cars to park either in the driveway or 1 along the street in front of the house. This home is wonderful for families and friends coming in for that special Naval Academy or boat show event, or wanting to take in the sights and sounds of Greater Annapolis. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home and the owners do come back from time to time to stay in their property. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Quiet neighborhood hours are 9pm-8am!
