Beautiful Back Bay single-family home with heated pool. Enjoy gorgeous, panoramic views of the water in all locations of the home. The backyard is your own private retreat with large heated pool, a dock where you will enjoy bay fishing, and a large deck off the house for entertaining with dining tables and chairs and BBQ. You will have private Florida wildlife sightings all around you. Our property sits in a very quiet neighborhood, but you can walk down the street to the beach, the grocery store, the Bayfront Bistro, and the nearby marina where you may rent a boat, kayaks, or paddleboards.
As you enter our spacious home, you are welcomed by a large family room area with a flat-screen TV. Connected to the kitchen with all the essentials of a home that leads to the dining/sitting room. There is a sleeper sofa if you are needing an additional sleeping room. The hallway leads you to the bedrooms and bathroom. The Master Bedroom with a king bed with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and flat-screen TV and Bedroom #3 has a king. There is also a full hallway bathroom. Our property includes Free wifi, cable TV, linens and towels, washer and dryer. Guests do not have access to the boat lift nor access to parking in the garage.
Fort Myers Beach has many things to do and see during your stay. There is a trolley that can take you around. Start at Bowditch Park at the most Northern tip of the island, Time Square with the famous fishing pier, shops, and restaurants, the Shellmound House - a historical site, Lovers Key Park, and many restaurants in between. There are also local bike rental shops, beach and water equipment rentals, and lots of beach fun and sun!
For the security and wellbeing of both you and the property, there are security cameras placed on the exterior of this vacation home. Cameras are located towards the front of the house, towards the dock, and in the garage. The garage is open for renters use, but no parking allowed.
This property has a one rental per month limit, monthly rentals preferred, bi-weekly
rentals considered.
This property is on keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check in time.
There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period, the minimum age to rent is 25.
