You will find Catalina tile and murals throughout this home, as well as an open great room style main floor, including a custom gourmet kitchen with a center island, granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances, and a gas chef’s stove. All three bedrooms, with ceiling fans and televisions, are located on the second floor. The first bedroom is the master suite with a Cal King bed and large flat panel TV, opens onto a spacious outside deck with patio furniture and a propane barbecue, fridge and sink for private morning breakfasts or evening dining. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom, an office for the home’s owners, has a double bed. One ¾ bath is located on the main level, a second is located on the second floor, and a third is in the master suite (no bath tub).
