The one car garage is the perfect storage area for your vehicle and recreational gear plus there is additional parking for another vehicle nearby. ~ SLEEPING QUARTERS ~ Upgrades include primary suites on the first and second floors with new furnishings. Both primary suites have king beds, large Smart TVs and private baths. The ground floor primary suite has a walk-in closet and features an appealing view of the Alta Mesa Private Golf course. This suite's bath has a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. The upstairs primary bedroom has a cozy sitting area and full bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination with an oversized tub for luxurious relaxation. Both primary suites are beautifully decorated, spacious and have ample closet and drawer space to accommodate your wardrobe and accessories. ~ APPEALING ALFRESCO ~ Step out the sliding doors to a captivating, private patio which overlooks a golf course outlined in palm trees. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. No pets are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
