The bedrooms located on the sides of the house. The living room , dining area, and kitchen are in the center of the house. It also has big closed Lanai. The house was just remodeled has great appliances. Just look at the pictures. The location is great. It located 2 miles away from the beach and about a mile from down town Venice. Close to all highways and major roads. minutes away from all the shopping, movie theater, and entertainment. The swimming pool and back yard is shared with anther unit in a house. Wireless internet through out the house. TV operated via streaming channels service. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Summary: The inside of the house was nice and modern. The yard was in very rough shape. House was advertised with a pool and gas grill. The pool was completely green when we arrived, it was drained and refilled during our stay but i am glad there were no kids on this trip, they would have been very upset. We planned to use the grill but when we checked it out the inside of the grill looked like it had been tipped over, rolled around, impossible to use. It was never disclosed that the pool and grill were not usable. These issued should have been disclosed , especially when they were advertised as part of the rental.
