Waikoloa Beach Villas is located right across the street from Waikoloa Queen Shops and King Shops, you can't beat the location and resort living. The complex has two large size luxurious swimming pools with hot tubs and to top it off the waterfall feature that flows into the swimming pools. The fitness center in the complex is perfect for those early morning workouts with open doors and beautiful scenery. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with open parking. F23 has a deeded parking stall which is not common in the complex.

Summary: I live on Oahu with my family and flew up to the Big Island for a state high school track meet. Everything from check in to check out was smooth, aside from a little bump trying to get through the gates but once we figured out the code to get in the gates, we had no issues. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our family. The little shopping area was an easy walk right down the street. The pool was relaxing.
