This stylish, semi-detached bungalow, set in a quiet cul-de-sac, provides the ideal accommodation to enjoy the whole of this beautiful county. The beaches of south Cornwall, Charlestown with its historic connections, tall ships, shipwreck museum and quaint streets, a favourite spot for TV and film sets, and the Eden Project are all accessible by foot. A short drive will bring you to the quaint village of Mevagissey, the sea faring town of Fowey, a mecca for sailing and foodie heaven, and the Roseland Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that stretches into the ocean and is home to small smugglers coves and ancient villages. All provide boat trips, sea fishing, diving, kayaking and a multitude of good restaurants and independent shops selling local produce and crafts. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, plus many more National Trust gardens and properties, are easily reached. The beach at Polkerris, a stunning horseshoe of sand, has a beach front restaurant and local pub, as well as water sports hire. Golf, horse riding, off road cycle trails and bike hire are all available locally. The north Cornwall coast, with Padstow, Newquay and Watergate Bay, are within a 20-minute drive and provide a different view of this dramatic county.
