This cosy and bright holiday home is a new, small wooden house, spacious enough for 4 people. Situated only a stone's throw away from the Baltic Sea, you can relax wonderfully on the wooden terrace, sunbathe or barbecue.
Inside you will find two bedrooms, a small bathroom with modern shower and a cosy living area including a kitchenette and a dishwasher which makes your holiday comfortable. The air conditioning system in the house ensures even in midsummer, pleasant temperatures; People with allergy problems will be pleased with the in-house pollen filter. Please note that access to the house is via two levels.
The Baltic Sea with its long natural beach which is a true dream location is situated only a few metres away from the partially covered porch!
The Süssauer Beach is a long natural beach. Please note that the larger part of the beach has been freely allocated for dogs. The holiday home is located in the good-weather corner, "Ostholstein”, which is situated near the Fehmarn Island. For children there is plenty of space to properly run around and also a large playground is available for guests that is directly located behind the bank. For the adults, there is a simple beach sauna where they can relax when the weather is not great.
The beach sauna and the in-house gym are available for a nominal fee. You may register at the front desk for availing these services. On request you will receive sauna cloaks and sauna towels.
For anglers the Süssauer Beach offers a unique sea trout route. On the property a shared filter and freezer facilities are available.
In the event of inclement weather the surrounding areas offer rewarding excursion destinations: the Baltic health spa resort Großenbrode, the Schleswig-Holstein Lake district, the Hansa Park Sierksdorf and the island of Fehmarn with shark and marine centre, a donkey park and the 'Noah's Ark'. And Denmark is situated only a short distance away.
You can explore the beautiful landscape of Schleswig-Holstein on the well-maintained bike paths. Bicycles can be rented locally.
