Lovely riverfront and spacious condominium (approx 1300 sq ft) with incredible river views and easy beach access; about 5 min walk to beach. Living room with vaulted ceiling is beautifully furnished and has a stone gas fireplace, flat screen TV, Wifi. Dining area and breakfast bar are lovely with granite countertops and barstools. Kitchen has lovely cabinetry and stainless appliances. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, with River and Tillamook Head views and sliders tothe balcony overlooking the peaceful, majestic river. (There's a peek ocean view here and there, but you do have to look for it as you view the town across the river). Master bath has tub/shower combo with jetted tub and granite counter tops. Second bedroom has queen bed with 2nd bathroom just adjacent and off the hall with tub/shower combo. NO PETS, NO SMOKING MUST BE 25 TO RENT. PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES.
