With sublime sea views and within walking distance of Loggos, Malteso is a charming two bedroom villa which has recently been renovated. For relaxing days at the villa, the terrace and swimming pool area enjoys open views to the sea and Levrechio beach, which conveniently is only a 5 minute walk away. For outdoor living and soaking up the Greek sunshine there is a choice of two stone terraces as well as an outdoor barbecue area accompanied with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. If you can draw yourself away from the sea views, the villa itself comprises of a newly renovated kitchen/ dining area, two bedrooms; one double and one twin and a modern bathroom. If you wish to explore the local area, Maltezos is close to Loggos harbour, being located a few minutes’ walk up the Fontana road from the village. Please note a gate by the roadside opens onto a flight of 40 steps which climb up to the large front terrace, from which there is a direct entrance into the house. The climb may be a challenge but the views from the terrace, once you’re there, are certainly worth it!
