Spend quality family time in this condo, which boasts an open-floor plan, has three private balconies, and is nestled between Sandbridge Beach and Back Bay. Take advantage of the barbecues and pool just a few steps outside your door.
Hang out in the family room that provides ample seating for everyone. Reconfigure it for family movie night on the large HD TV with a theater sound system. Interact with loved ones as they play games at the dining room table, whip up a meal in the kitchen, or have a snack at the bar-height kitchen counter pass-through.
Enjoy spectacular sunsets overlooking Back Bay from all three balconies. Use each for whatever your heart desires—whether it’s having an evening cocktail, sipping your morning coffee, snuggling up with a good book, or doing yoga. Spend time with the family on the main large balcony or sneak in some quiet moments while watching the sunset.
Unwind in the primary suite, which has its own bathroom and balcony. Feel at home with a king-sized bed, corner desk, comfy chair, TV, roomy closet, and two dressers. Relax in the spacious second bedroom, which features a queen bed, private access to a bathroom, a TV, large dresser, and lounge chair. Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
