Bicycle paths, surfing and plenty of great restaurants a few minutes away. Walks on the local piers, whale watching and fishing also available in nearby areas. While there is no pool on the property, El Segundo offers four community pools and the beach is about 3 minutes away. Dining and fashion shopping about 5 min. away at El Segundo Plaza, The Point and Manhattan Village mall. Many parks nearby including the 18 acre El Segundo Recreation Park.
