In the countryside of Monopoli, a few minutes from the crystal-clear beaches, Casale D'Alessio is a typical Apulian stone house, equipped with every comfort and in total privacy. The ornamental garden with olive trees surrounds the house and welcomes the swimming pool (10x5 m) with solarium and sunbeds. Stone barbecue and a large table, in the shade of a patio, to enjoy lunches and dinners in the open air. Inside, a large living room with high stone vaults, a large table, a fireplace with armchairs and a sofa bed. Kitchenette equipped with every comfort. Three large double bedrooms: the first with double bed, single bed and bathroom with shower en-suite; the second bedroom with double bed, communicating through a door with the third bedroom, also with additional single bed and bathroom with shower en-suite. A further bathroom with laundry room is at the service of the rest of the house.
Casale D'Alessio is located in a district on the first hills of Monopoli, the nearest town, which is only 10 km away, and where you will find large supermarkets, and services of all kinds, but above all a characteristic Old Town on the sea full of typical restaurants and shops. Not far away are other places of interest such as Polignano a Mare, Castellana Grotte, Ostuni and much more!
