Featured in SA Life magazine this recently completed renovation has delivered a Nordic coastal three story beach house with beautiful views of Goolwa Beach. With two living areas there is room for the family to enjoy along with cupboards full of games and toys (particularly for kids under 10). Enjoy a BBQ on the deck facing the beach or grab the binoculars and head upstairs to the crows nest for a birds eye view of the beach and the river. Well behaved pets are welcome inside, and there is a fully fenced enclosure.
Please note: a $500 security bond applies to all bookings.

* Upstairs spacious open plan living with flat screen TV, dining, kitchen area with sea views through floor to ceiling windows that run the full length of the home
* Second crows nest living/chillout room upstairs with small balcony to take in the stunning elevated views of the Murray River and Goolwa Beach
* 3 bedrooms - master downstairs with queen bed, second bedroom downstairs with a tri-bunk and third bedroom downstairs with a single bed and a trundle bed
* Bathroom/laundry downstairs with a shower, vanity, w/c and top load washing machine
* Front entertaining balcony with a weber BBQ and outdoor furniture
* Off street parking
* Two fenced areas to the rear of the home that welcomes your pet (subject to owner approval. Please read Terms and Conditions Pet Clause)

Summary: Walking distance to the beach and Kuti Shack for coffees and dining, it has a well equiped kitchen with dishwasher and ample crockery, pans and glassware. The hosts were generous with the amounts of dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid and bathroom supplies as well as pantry staples, such as coffee pods, tea bags, sugar etc. There’s a secure yard for dogs and hard flooring throughout making it practical for a beach side holiday. There is only toilet which is located in the bathroom, so the house is more suited to single families. A quiet, safe street with less traffic due to not coming immediately off Beach Road. Would recommend to anyone wanting a well located beach house with their four legged friend.
