The villa's beautiful design and layout, combined with the fabulous location offering panoramic views over the mountains, sea, and olive groves, takes you immediately to your happy place. The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for 8 people. The entrance leads to the spacious open plan living/dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable sitting area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The ground floor also features one bedroom with twin beds and a shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with three more bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC with a hydro-massage bathtub; the other two have twin beds. There is another spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a bathtub on this floor. Each bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views to the sea and mountains. In addition, the villa has a big beautiful rooftop of 30 sq. m., where you can enjoy the magnificent views to the sea, the mountain and the City of Rethymno.
