This charming and elegant holiday home is located directly by the sea in the small village of Prigradica and is the right choice for your dream holiday. It is surrounded by beautiful glass railings, which allow an unobstructed view of the sea from every terrace. The comfortable living area with kitchen and direct access to the terrace as well as a bedroom with bathroom are located on the ground floor, while three further bedrooms with bathrooms and a living room with a terrace are on the upper floor. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea, the island of Hvar and the Peljeac peninsula from the terrace on the upper floor. A few steps below the house there is a rocky beach and about 100 metres away there is a pebble beach and a small café where you can drink the local wine Plavac.
