A modern interior design within a classic 70's ranch home, views of nature and trees from every window and door; deck and fire-pit on the backyard. A standalone garage is converted to a game room with pool and multi-games table. Wheel chair accessible through a ramp under the car port door. Two driveways provide ample parking space even for RV.
Spectrum 560Mbps internet and WIFI throughout the home.
There are two entrances with keypad access: one is in the front and the one in the carport. Guests can park both on the driveway to the carport and the drive way to the standalone game room/patio.
Note: There is an ongoing development approximately 300 feet from the house, with construction activity occurring Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. While some guests may experience occasional noise, we have adjusted our rental rates to reflect this temporary situation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

The home is located in a very convenient West Cary location: 7 minutes to RTP, 7 minutes to USA Baseball Training Complex, less than 5 minutes to Park Side Commons, Alston Town Center and Cary Park Towne Center for shopping & dinning, 13 minutes to RDU airport.
Time to various locations: 18 minutes to Duke university, 23 minutes to UNC Chapel Hill, 20 minutes to NCSU Raleigh, 20 minutes to Jordan Lake, 16 min to PNC Arena.
Easy access to I540, NC 55/54 and I40.
One small closet is locked for owner storage. Fireplace is for decoration only and cannot be used for wood burning. Bathrooms are NOT suitable for those unable to walk to the toilet with wheelchair.
