The dining room opens up to the living room which has plenty of seating on the leather furniture, where you can enjoy your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV. Off the living room is a sliding glass door that leads to the screened-in balcony that offers seating for 4 and beautiful sunset views of the nature preserve.
