This detached 18th-century manor house with courtyard and 500 m² walled garden is set in verdant surroundings 12 km from Le Puy-en-Velay, 30 minutes from the Mezenc nature resort and close to the Meygal massif.
Ideal for green vacations in all seasons, more than 100 m from the first neighbors.
From the gite, numerous hiking trails; nearby, the indoor ice rink at La Gare, the Aquacentre La Vague, the town of Le Puy en Velay and its many Unesco heritage buildings, and all the nature / tourism / attractions sites of the Haute-Loire. First floor: large living room/kitchen with wood-burning stove and sofa bed, shower room/toilet, laundry room.
On 1st floor, 3 closed bedrooms: bdrm1 with bed 160 fitted out in the former chapel of the residence, bdrm2 with bed 140 and family bdrm3 with bed 140 and 2 bunk beds 90. Large mezzanine with reading area, sofa bed and 120cm corner bed. Bathroom, wc.
Total capacity: 11 beds (9 fixed + 2 additional beds on sofa-bed).
Central heating and electricity included. 2 wheelbarrows of wood for the stove provided free of charge.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub, changing mat.
Outdoor equipment: barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, children's games.
