The large living and dining areas have vaulted ceilings and open up to a spacious balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with upscale appliances, an induction cooktop, drawer-style refrigerator/freezers, and a reverse osmosis water system. The kitchen area includes a beverage refrigerator with ice maker that is perfect for entertaining. A separate butler’s pantry contains additional food storage and preparation space, sink, and coffee station.
With two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the villa comfortably sleeps six. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and is perfect for couples, friends or a family of four. The bedroom has a large closet with custom storage, a bathroom with double vanities featuring cypress wood, a jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are oceanfront and walk-out sliding glass doors to the patios.
