The owners have spared no expense in remodelling this exquisite home to enhance their guests' stay. Feature white-washed brick walls display canvases splashed with vibrant color patterns in the living area and principal bedroom. Quality appliances and an extended breakfast bar make whipping up a meal or a batch of margaritas a breeze in the handsome custom kitchen. Enjoy extra perks like a filtered water system connected to the fridge, 50 inch plasma Smart TV with surround sound and Dish satellite system, outdoor entertainment area with gas grill as well as a charcoal rotisserie grill.
On the main floor is a laundry closet, a full three-piece bath and in the open living area, a dining table that seats eight as well as a luxurious sectional couch.
