This beachy three-bedroom, two bathroom home will accommodate up to 8 people and features private large heated pool with southern exposure and an over-sized deck with BBQ grill and seating for dining . The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel kitchen appliances. Free Wi-Fi!
The open floor plan boosts of a dining room with table that seats six. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. The living room HAS comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. Guests will be pleased with the beachy feel of this ideally located home. You are a few short blocks to South Beach public access, shopping, a movie theatre, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a miniature golf course!

This is a pet friendly home. ALL pets must be approved by the owners. Additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $200 will be added to your reservation, as well as a security deposit. Please provide the following information; breed, age, and weight.
The gorgeous white sand of the South Beach Access is a great place for families to go shelling, beach fishing, or dolphin watching!

RESIDENTIAL RULES
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
