The Pocono Mountains are calling to this chic forest escape offering modern comforts and a variety of amenities, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Tobyhanna vacation rental is the perfect place to call home for your next family or friends getaway.

The Space:

The main open floor plan living room offers a comfy statement sofa and two leather lounge chairs, a 55" smart TV, and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is state of the art stocked with everything you may need to cook up a storm, but no food at all. Refrigerator will be empty. Eat and hang out at the kitchen breakfast bar or at the formal modern dining table. The insulated garage has been converted bedroom and has games offering ping pong, foosball, mini pool, and plenty of board games for guests to enjoy.

Front deck offers lounge furniture to enjoy when weather permits and the back deck has a picnic table, a 5 burner gas BBQ and easy access to the awesome brand new hot tub.

The Rooms:

On the ground floor:

- A queen bedroom with memory foam mattress, a smart TV, dresser, night tables and an oversized closet. Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with lit up vanity mirrors and a tiled shower.
- Walking out of the kitchen, down a few stairs is a large renovated garage with high ceilings and a window with a loft style built in bed with four full size memory foam mattresses. This room also has a desk, games and a drawer chest.

On the upper level:

- A cozy loft space with its own smart tv and a comfy leather sofa which pulls out into a full queen bed.
- Master bedroom features a magnificent king size bed and its own little reading nook, smart TV and closet.
- Queen bedroom with night tables, dresser, lamps, closet and smart TV.
- A full lux bathroom with deep soaking tub, overhead shower and lit up vanity.

Home has a portable crib/play pen for guests use. All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses and crisp white Egyptian cotton linen. We aim for our guest to have the best sleep ever.

Community:

Guest have access to all community amenities including: golf course, tennis courts, basketball court, lake with kayak rentals, fitness center, trails and more. All of the community amenities are seasonal and weather permitting.
