The room (20m²) is suitable for two friends to move in and it is furnished with 2 singles beds, a bedside table, and a big wardrobe. The apartment (135m²)counts a large living entrance, a kitchen, a spiral staircase, two single attic rooms with en-suite bathroom, a small single room and a double room with a large wardrobe. All comfort is there to make you feel home :)
The property is located in via Dei Serragli, Florence Centro. This neighborhood is located in a central position and surrounded by parks, museum and different landmarks. Shops, restaurants, supermarket all are there to ease your life. Public Transportation is available too and it is well connected with other parts of the city. Enjoy your time here :)
RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
