Baxter House is a beautiful, Georgian terraced cottage situated in the picturesque village of Wangford, just a five minute drive from the popular seaside town of Southwold, perfect for a family holiday by the Suffolk Coast. This wonderful, four bedroom holiday cottage is full of character with exposed timber beams, sash windows and internal wooden latch doors, as well as boasting a large rear garden that backs onto the village allotments, playing fields, floodlit tennis court and children's play area. The property comprises of two comfortable living rooms at the front, an informal one to the left that benefits from two sofas, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace with the second one on the right that has wooden flooring, two sofas, an armchair and leads through to the fabulous open-plan kitchen and dining area. Bright, airy and spacious, this fully-equipped kitchen/diner has a large walk-in pantry, Neff electric oven and induction hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Beyond here, is the rear extension with a large dining table and chairs for 8 people and bi-folding doors, connecting the garden to the inside so you can enjoy a meal with the doors open during the summer months. There is also a ground floor shower room with wash basin, shower and WC. Upstairs there are four bedrooms with the main bedroom benefitting from a super king size bed and en-suite shower room with wash basin and WC. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a full size cot, built in storage cupboards, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The other two good-sized bedrooms have a single bed in each with trundle beds underneath to accommodate an extra two people, ideal for children.
