We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Gonfaron in the Var, this charming villa with swimming pool, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy the pool and a garden of about 1 500 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A bright living room of 50 m², facing south, with TV and sofas.
- A veranda, also facing south, equipped with a convivial dining table.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Separate toilet.
Access to the terrace from the living room, the veranda and the bedroom.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and its adjoining shower room with double basin. Access to the balcony from where you can enjoy the view comfortably installed in the chilienne.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A relaxation area with a sofa bed (double).
- A shower room with double basins and shower
- Separate toilet.
Exterior
Facing south, you can enjoy a beautiful enclosed garden of 1 500 m² and a swimming pool (private, not heated, size 11x6). It can be used from May to October, under favourable weather conditions, and is equipped with an alarm system.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
