Positive: The house is spacious and modern. 3 bedrooms downstairs and 1 bedroom and living areas upstairs. Short walk to cafes and shops and plenty of parking.
Negative: The key pick up and drop off arrangements could be improved. You have to pick up and drop off again from main street in Caloundra where traffic and parking is a nightmare. You have to make your own beds. Sheets and towels were just dumped in a big bag at front door. For $750 a night it would be nice not to have to make beds. We were given 3 rolls of toilet paper for a booking of 8 people for 2 nights. For this price range you expect not to have to BYO toilet paper. A coffee maker or plunger would have been nice in the kitchen.
