Special Property Features Include; Lighted screened porch with spacious outdoor living area, private sun deck, roomy outdoor shower with dressing area, and an enclosed yard that is great for children and pets. Owner approved dogs (certain breed restrictions apply) generally under 25lbs in size can vacation with their family at this property. Ask for our special permission if your dog is larger in size. | | All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. | | Guests must supply their own beach gear.

Summary: Exemplary property! Perfect place for a family get away. We had problems with the living room tv on our first night, I called and left a message with the rental office, and we never hot a call back. That was literally our only issue
