You are approximately 15 miles from the entrance of Walt Disney World and minutes from restaurants, shopping and other area activities.
As you enter your vacation home, you will love the spacious front Family Room w/Two Comfortable Sofas and a Desk/Work Station. Enjoy your private time, work time or fun family conversation time in this Room. Fashionable vinyl flooring graces the entire first floor
The Formal Dining Area, which has seating for Six (6) at this High Top Dining Table and Chairs. The Formal Dining Area is located just off the front Family Room. The Window Seat adds a touch of class to this charming home.
The inviting Kitchen Area, newly remodeled with Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counter Tops and Back Splash, provides you with plenty of space to cook grand family meals or just make quick snacks. You will have all day sunshine in this Kitchen Area with direct Pool Access.
The Kitchen Area also boasts an Eat In Dining Area with Seating for up to Six (6) Guests. There are Two (2) additional Bar Chairs for the Breakfast Bar area.
After a busy day out, enjoy a relaxing evening in the Oversize Pool and Lanai Area. Patio Seating and Sun Loungers are provided for your use. There are no rear neighbors!
The Main Living Area features a brand new, plush Sectional Sofa, designer Side Chairs and a large Flat Screen TV. You can enjoy the pool view each day with the many windows facing the Pool Area.

Summary: The beds are comfortable. The couch and recliners are comfortable. The shower heads are old, but don’t let that fool you. The water pressure is phenomenal. All appliances worked properly.There are several small issues that we noticed. When we arrived, we found several dead bugs lying around and some dead flies in the bathtub next to the bunk room. We saw one live roach in a kitchen drawer during our 4-night stay. Several interior walls could stand to be patched and painted. The front porch light worked, while the lights by the garage did not. The kitchen faucet jerks when turning off the hot water. One of the screen doors by the pool is falling off. A broom handle and rocks are used to keep it closed. The pool area needs to be pressure washed.Upon arrival, security did not have our reservation. I had everything on my phone, but the guard still had to call the management company per protocol. If not for those issues, this house would be 5-stars.
