1 Brigantine has eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms with one fold out couch, so the home can sleep 18 people comfortably. High ceilings thru out make the home very elegant and spacious. The architecture is very unique thru out with the main living areas surrounding the private pool, giving you even more privacy on vacation. The master suite has king size bed, sitting area, gorgeous master bath and a wonderful view out to the private pool and hot tub. Walk right out to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The master bath includes double vanities with granite counters, jetted tub and glass enclosed private shower. The guests will enjoy five more bedrooms with king beds and two bedrooms with twin beds. Most of the bedrooms have private en suite baths while two bedrooms share a full bath. Two bedrooms are on the main floor while two are only a few steps up then the balance of the bedrooms is upstairs with the additional TV area and sitting area to read a book or play cards. Car passes are limited to a maximum of six car passes.
The gourmet kitchen over looks the family room out to the private pool and hot tub. Prepare breakfast in the morning, snacks or gourmet dinners, the kitchen is fully stocked for any size of family. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances and high end cooking utensils make this an almost perfect kitchen for any chef. You have several areas to dine, from the formal dining room, to bar stools at the counter to several tables outside overlooking the private pool.
The private pool area is one to mention as very few locations will offer the amenities outside you will enjoy at 1 Brigantine. Covered veranda for rainy days with a pool table beside the pool is a unique amenity everyone will enjoy. The covered private bar area with large outdoor TV, frig and sink makes the perfect area to prepare those vacation margaritas or pina colados or enjoy an ice cold beer while relaxing in the pool or hot tub. Only seconds to the beach, you can walk right from the pool area down to the ocean. Once you come back, rinse off and jump back in the cool pool water after a nice hot day in the sun.
What a wonderful new owner has decorated the home with new furniture this year along with a huge amount of upgrades, more TVs, outdoor pool table, high end furniture and TVs everywhere. What a spectacular luxury vacation home only seconds to the beach!! Guests have plenty of room to park in both driveways, but the garage is not available to guests. There is a $700 per week to heat the pool in the spring, fall and winter.
