Welcome to Copano Hooked! A gorgeous four bedroom, three and a half bath home overlooking Copano Bay with a private lighted pier with bench seating, and a lighted fish cleaning station. 2 adult kayaks, 1 smaller kayak, and 2 SUPs are all included for your enjoyment. You will be treated to the most amazing views of Copano Bay from this home. The massive patio has two picnic tables, a charcoal grill, a corn hole game, plenty of extra seating and, of course, water views!
There is a half bath downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs is the spacious open living, dining, and kitchen areas with views of Copano Bay. Full of understated and elegant seaside decor, you'll feel relaxed the minute you walk in. The living area has ample and comfortable seating. The dining room is filled with natural light and the dining table seats eight. The well appointed kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. The beautiful kitchen island provides extra prep space and has additional seating for four. Down the hall to the right of the kitchen is the first bedroom with a King size bed. There is also an unsuite bath connected. The second bedroom has two sets of triple twin bunk beds with a full bath located across the hall. To the left of the kitchen are two bedrooms each with a Queen size bed. These two rooms share a bathroom.
