The bathroom features a tiled built-in-shower with a cubby for storage. A private spacious bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed and open closet. Enjoy a restful night sleep so you can be ready for the next adventure or relaxing day you spend on the island.
The “By the Pier House” has a spacious shared porch that offers perfect vantage points overlooking Seawall Boulevard, parades down Rosenberg and sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico. The community back patio offers a spacious covered pergola with a table and seating for casual dinning and relaxing conversations to enjoy the company of friends and family into the evening.
This private condo has a private entrance that is located on the historic Rosenberg Street that connects Galveston’s historic downtown to Seawall Boulevard. It is the first house on the right side of 25th Street / Rosenberg Street leaving the Historic Pleasure Pier and a short walk to the Galveston Duck Tours, many popular restaurants, shops, and attractions in all directions. The Galveston Island Trolley (when it reopens in 2021) has a pickup spot that is on 25th and Seawall which is approximately a 1-minute walk from the front steps of the house.
