Just a half a block away from the Folly Pier where activity opportunities are endless! Enjoy fishing, crabbing and surfing or just relax and soak up the sun. This condo complex has a pool on site that is open from April to October. You will have your own designated parking spot and all the amenities you'll need for a breeze of a vacation. An updated kitchen, TV's in every bedroom and a washer and dryer. Both the living room and primary bedroom have access doors to your private balcony where you can take in views of the pool and sights of the ocean. A Walk to Downtown is a comfortable and convenient spot for friends and families to explore the best of what Folly has to offer!
A Walk to Downtown allows a maximum of 2 dogs, with a combined weight of up to 50 lbs. (Pre-approval is required, and fees apply-please don't hesitate to contact us directly for additional information) While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator.
