2 bed / 2 bath (sleeps 6) with amazing views from the time you use the keyless entry and walk through the front door.
The condo is located at 2MM in a cove off of the main channel in the Monarch Cove complex, one of the most popular complexes at the Lake because of its central location to all of the attractions and just a 3 mile car ride to Bagnell Dam. The complex offers 3 heated pools, 2 hot tubs (May 1- Oct 15) and beautifully landscaped grounds with approximately 1/2 mile of lakeside lighted boardwalk promenade around the complex for a relaxing stroll. The elevators make for an easy access to the front door of the condo.
Condo offers an open floor plan, which includes a spacious living room with plenty of seating, flat screen tv, cable and high speed WI-FI, and a gas fireplace for those chilly nights.
*Kitchen has a huge center granite top island with a breakfast bar that seats 4, a 6 person high top dining table, a full sized pantry with lots of storage, and an awesome coffee bar with coffee, teas, hot cocoa, sugar & creamer provided.
Kitchen is also fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, glasses, dishes, cookware, toaster, blender, hand mixer, fryer, electric skillet, and a toddler high chair. Along with all linens, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs.
* Enjoy the large covered balcony with glass rails for unobstructed views. Whether it's having your morning coffee while watching the sun rise, BBQing on our private gas grill, or just relaxing and enjoying the views and sounds of the lake. There is a 4 seat high top dining table, 2 person sitting area with rockers and side table, along with a deck box with a few pool items to enjoy.
* Master Bedroom Suite has views of the lake, and a private entrance to the balcony, a king size bed with all new linens, dresser, flat screen tv w/ cable, alarm clock, USB port chargers, luggage rack, walk in closet, attached private master bath with jetted tub and shower combo stocked with, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, and all brand new towels, toilet paper and Kleenex.
*Hall bath has a walk in shower with seat, and offer's all the same amenities as the master bath, minus the blow dryer.
* 2nd bedroom has twin sized bed, and a bunk bed with full size on bottom and twin on top with all new linens. Chest of drawers, large closet, luggage rack, flat screen tv, with Amazon fire stick, and an alarm clock. In the closet there is
a pack-n-play with bedding and miscellaneous toys, puzzles and games.
*Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, with laundry soap, iron and ironing board, broom, dust pan and Swiffer for the mishaps that may occur.

**Point Randall has both, launch and Storage; (573) 365-2081, located at 1584 Susan Rd and is only 3.5 miles by car, it is located in the Mccoy Branch Cove, 1/4 MILE BY WATER, same cove the condo is where cove meets Main Channel
*Bergers Marina which is only 3 miles from condo, located at
159 Hidden Acres Rd, Lake Ozark, Mo. (573) 365-2337.
They charge $10 for the launch and if they are not there leave the $$ in the metal box.
*For just trailer storage we recommend :
High Performance Marine and Storage - 2.5 miles from condo, they charge $25 for 2 day storage, please call John @ (573) 216-4151 to make arrangements.
