This pristine 3BR/2BA duplex getaway offers unbeatable access to Miramar and Naples beaches, both located under 5 minutes away. The Naples Zoo is also just minutes away, while downtown is less than 10 minutes from home. Two provided bikes make it convenient to traverse town.
Make use of the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout on the patio. The spacious interior offers ample room to entertain, complete with two living areas and two dining areas.
LIVING AREA
The main living area serves as the social hub of the home, furnished with plush seating for the group and a flat-screen TV.
A second living area offers another place to unwind, furnished with a sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING
The sparkling kitchen features a full suite of appliances, a four-person table, and a four-person breakfast bar.
When delicious meals are ready, gather at the six-person dining table.
BED & BATH
This ground-floor unit sleeps six guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the second living area.
The main bedroom is appointed with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, fitted with a queen-size bed and a sitting area. The second bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds.

Two bikes and a gas grill are available for use on a first-come, first-serve basis (these amenities are shared with the next-door unit in the duplex).

Parking notes: Parking is available for two cars. There is a circular driveway in front of the house with parking for one car. In the back, there is an additional parking spot

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
