Enjoy this modern guest house separated from the main house by a fence for complete privacy. It’s just a long stroll or short bike ride to the famous Atlantic Avenue, where delicious restaurants, shops and festivals await. Continue a bit longer and find yourself on a gorgeous Florida beach. Relax in the king size bed and stream movies on the 48” TV (Netflix included, we don't offer cable). BBQ in the backyard. The home is about a 15 minute walk to the Avenue, another 10-15 minutes to the beach.

The large driveway is shared with guests at the main house. There is also free street parking right in front of the house.

Quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood within walking distance of vibrant Atlantic Avenue with its restaurants, galleries, shops and cultural events. Walk just a bit further and find yourself in one of the nicest beaches in Florida!

We have bikes available. There is also a wonderful app called Freebee for free shuttle rides in the downtown area, which includes this home.

The home is close to the train tracks and you will feel the vibration of the train.
