Myrtlewood | Villa in Davenport, Florida
We invite you to stay at our 5 bedroom/4.5 bath villa with a private pool! The Retreat at Champions Gate Resort provides guest with a guarded gate entrance. Guest receive full access to the resort's Oasis Club and the new Retreat Club. Two golf courses are available within the community. Our great location with the amenities in our home will help create your dream vacation.
The Space:
Our Villa has a great private pool with spa (same temperature as pool), loungers and dining set to provide you with a relaxing environment. Pool heat is available for an additional fee.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters with a breakfast bar. The dining room is connected to kitchen which allows a great flow for all guest to interact with one another.
The living room is a great place to relax and offers Cable TV.
There are two themed bedrooms that offer two twin beds in each one and share a bathroom.
The three remaining bedrooms have their own bathroom and are a great place to recharge after a long day at the parks.
There is also a loft on the second floor to add some additional space.
The Neighborhood:
The multimillion dollar Oasis Club includes a resort style pools, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, poolside Tiki Bar, sand volleyball courts, fitness center, arcade, theater room (offers nightly movies) and Oasis Bar and Grill. The club is a six minute walk or shorter if driving and parking in the available lot.
The Retreat Club is a new addition to the community and features large water slides, splash pad, resort style pool, bar and counter service for a quick meal. There is also a complimentary shuttle service available that can take you to both Clubs.
Two golf courses and tennis courts complete the country club feel that Champion Gate offers.
