You’ll also be only minutes away from Disney, top golf courses, shops, and restaurants. My home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and private backyard. There are 7 beds and the property sleeps 10 people. The Space: This 5 BR home is newly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, a huge living room / dining area, and outdoor living space. The master bedroom is huge with an incredible bathroom, and all of the bedrooms are outfitted with upscale finishes. There's plenty of living area, and a spacious living room with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. The pool/hot tub are great to relax, the lanai is fantastic, and there is free parking on the premises. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry for your enjoyment. You'll also gain full access to Paradise Palms Resort, which features a luxury lounge, a large resort style swimming pool, tennis courts, a water slide, poolside cabanas, a fitness facility, playground, movie theatre, pool bar and convenience store. The Neighborhood: The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall. Getting Around: Please feel free to park inside the garage as well as the driveway. It’s important to keep the parked cars out of the streets or the grass. Other Things to Note: 1. Pets up to 50lbs ARE WELCOME at our home! The pet fee is $50 per animal. 2. Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service NOT included in the booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day for one, or $50/day for both, that we provide upon request. Please inquire for more details. 3. Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fine per hour past check-out. 4. We're happy to deliver a full BBQ propane take upon request for a $50 fee. 5. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $10/day ($50 max per trip) 6. We're happy to deliver a High Chair for $5/day ($25 max per trip) 7.
