The screened-in porch has a lovely table for additional dining space, a game table, or a seafood feast night. Sleeping six people comfortably, this condo offers a shared washer & dryer and a well-equipped kitchen. **Note the ensuite bath has only a tub with a shower and a sink. There is no toilet in the master bath.
LOCATION: Oceanblock on Hickman Street. Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. Only three blocks to Rehoboth Ave. Park and walk everywhere downtown.
PARKING: Off-street parking for two cars.
AMENITIES: Shared washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, well-equipped kitchen, electronic keypad for easy check-in and check-out process, and shared outdoor shower.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental program to guests. No pets and no smoking. The washer, dryer, and outdoor shower are shared. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
